Leasing a Swan Lake Lesson Horse or Pony

Full-time lesson horse lease: $850/month

Includes two lessons per week and up to four free rides per week and coaching and horse use at shows on the property. Offsite show fees still apply. (Horse/pony can still be used in lessons and ridden by other students on a limited basis).

Partial Leasing 1/2 lease: $475/month ($550 – $600 value)

Includes one lesson per week and two free rides per week and coaching and horse use at one show per month at Swan Lake.

100% full lease ($1000 – $2000 per month depending on the horse/pony)

You own the horse/pony for the duration of the lease. You pay board and all expenses, including vet, farrier, lessons, shows, etc. The horse/pony cannot be used in lessons for any other student without your permission

(Prices can change and fluctuate depending on the horse/pony)

Grace is a young jumper, who loves to please.  She shines in the jump offs, quick to turn, and honest as can be!

Sophie was adopted from Omega Horse Rescue and has become one of our favorites.  She is a cute mover and jumper.

12.2 Hand Welsh Pony Mare

Toast is a seasoned small pony, who is used in beginner lessons all the way to winning children’s hunter pony classes.

16.3 Hand OTTB Gelding

Skeeter is young, brave, fun, and not spooky, with a lot of scope and step.  He also has auto-changes.

JIGOLO

17 Hand Holsteiner Gelding

Jigolo is a semi-retired show hunter.  He is a packer, beginner safe, auto-changes, and a barn favorite.  

NERALDO

16 Hand Dutch Warmblood Gelding

Nerd is a semi-retired show hunter.  He is a quiet ride, beginner safe, auto-changes, great horse to learn on.

AUTUMN MIST

14.2 Hand Quarter Horse Mare

Autumn is a 2′ 6″ larger children’s hunter pony.  She is a sweet girl, easy and straight-forward, and she loves to trail ride.

Homer is like riding a couch.  He is a semi-retired jumper, and he is really good at teaching proper flatwork and position through gymnastics.

Levi is a fun ride, who does beginner through 2′ lessons and trails.

16.1 Hand Thoroughbred Gelding

Chuck is quiet and comfortable.  He is a great horse to learn how to canter, and he jumps 2′ courses.
